02 Review process

From a draft to yourphone, in four gates.

  1. 1

    Draft

Our clinical content team writes the exercise from established therapeutic methods — CBT, ACT or MBCT.

    1–2 weeks

  2. 2

    Clinical review

Two board members review it independently for safety, accuracy and tone. Either can veto it.

    5 days

  3. 3

    Lived-experience panel

Twenty-four people with lived experience try it and tell us, honestly, how it felt.

    2 weeks

  4. 4

    Measured in the wild

It rolls out gradually. If it doesn’t measurably help, we change it or remove it.

    Ongoing

03 Safety commitments

Lines wedon’t cross.

In crisis right now?

Lumera isn’t an emergency service. Please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country.

  1. 01

    We never diagnose.

Lumera is a wellbeing tool. It doesn’t label people, and it says so plainly.

  2. 02

    Distress gets a human.

When reflections suggest someone may be at risk, Lumera pauses and offers local crisis support, immediately.

  3. 03

    No streaks, no guilt.

We removed every mechanic that punishes a missed day. Rest is part of the practice.

  4. 04

    Your words stay yours.

Reflections are encrypted and never used to train third-party models.

  5. 05

    Everything is re-reviewed yearly.

Guidance evolves. So does our library — every exercise is reviewed again each year.

A quieter mind isfive minutes away.
